“Wholehearted people share the following qualities: courage, compassion and connection. Courage isn’t about being brave but telling the story of who you are with your whole heart”
Change is the only constant in our life. We are not the same person we were yesterday or the person we will be tomorrow.
I have often struggled with change and have tried to resist it many times in the past. Sometimes however, change is much easier – it just feels right, and it was this easiness or flow that felt so right to me when I first became aware that I should make the change from Lollipop Therapies to Wholehearted Kids.
When I founded Lollipop Therapies in 2015, I found myself trying to be “all things to all people” yet at my core (my heart) was my passion and my joy – working with children and young people. Everything I do comes back to this, to teach them the life skills to cope with an ever-changing world – through mindfulness and meditation – regardless of their age, ability, or circumstances.
“The Wholehearted have the courage to be imperfect”
