Change is the only constant in our life. We are not the same person we were yesterday or the person we will be tomorrow.
I have often struggled with change and have tried to resist it many times in the past. Sometimes however, change is much easier – it just feels right, and it was this easiness or flow that felt so right to me when I first became aware that I should make the change from Lollipop Therapies to Wholehearted Kids.
When I founded Lollipop Therapies in 2015, I found myself trying to be “all things to all people” yet at my core (my heart) was my passion and my joy – working with children and young people. Everything I do comes back to this, to teach them the life skills to cope with an ever-changing world – through mindfulness and meditation – regardless of their age, ability, or circumstances.
