Positively Mindful (1 class)

It’s enough if you start with small, simple daily changes. Little mindful actions can gradually improve your life, your feelings, and your emotional wellbeing.
Each week this class will introduce a variety of mindful practices to help increase your confidence, self-esteem, courage and motivation.
Suitable for all levels of experience.

Weekly class – Tuesdays 6pm – 7pm
