Bespoke 1-2-1 sessions
Through my journey and experiences as a parent, I understand that for some children, meeting new people and encountering new situations can feel scary and overwhelming, that’s why we offer bespoke 1-2-1 sessions, perfectly tailored for you and your family.
Our 1-2-1 sessions are intuitively designed and based on the specific needs of your child/teen. They are packed with enriching mindful activities designed to help them create their unique ‘mindfulness toolbox’ to access any time they’re feeling anxious, angry, or to simply help them relax.
Practising how to work with their breath and the movement of their bodies creates the space and opportunity to process their thoughts and feelings when they occur, rather than further down the line, where they can often appear as anger, anxiety or stress. We can also focus on specific areas e.g., letting go of worries, managing anxiety, and helping with sleeping.

You will have a short preliminary call with us to talk about your concerns, what difficulties your child is having, and how we help and support you. We can decide on a one-off coaching session, or a series of sessions, as well as discussing the most suitable time/place and format for the sessions.
We want to give your child a positive and happy experience in our sessions and we do this by meeting them ‘where they’re at’ through games and activities, or just listening.
